ORDERS, DELIVERY, RETURNS
PLACING AND ORDER
Ordering is simple. Browse the products and add the items you wish to purchase to the basket. You will be asked to create an account in order to check out. We accept Paypal and most cards through the website on a secure website system provided by WIX.
We cannot accept payment in cash or studio pickups at the moment.
For enquiries regarding out of stock items or bespoke colour, please use the contact form here. (If available these will be made to order and will not be refundable.)
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with further details needed. This request can only be done within 14 days of receiving the item. You will then need to send back the item within 14 days. You will be responsible for your own postage costs. Items should be returned with tracked delivery as we cannot refund products lost or damaged in transit.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Orders can only be returned if the label and tape (if applicable) have not been removed from the item. As bespoke items are made to order they cannot be returned. The Products, including their original packaging, must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition.
Please note, items in our Sample Sale cannot be returned. We make every effort to note any faults or problems on the pieces to ensure you have all the information you need. These sales are final. We check and ensure all items are in a sell-able and usable quality. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
As of May 2020, International orders cannot be returned.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days, or 10 working days for bespoke pieces. Your delivery will have tracking and should arrive within 5 working days if you are in the UK. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international delivery. Allow a few extra days for delivery due to the current situation. It may not be possible to send purchases to some countries at the moment. If this is the case, we will refund your purchase.
For international shipping, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be administered by the courier company once the package has arrived in your country, if we cannot fulfil it before dispatch.
UK orders shipping:
Shipping = £2.50. Free shipping over £45.
International orders shipping:
Up to £200, shipping = £22.50. Over £200 = free shipping.
Post Brexit, shipping Internationally is not as straight forward as it used to be. To avoid any issues, we strongly suggest you contact us in advance as it could be more straightforward to order through a different online platform we use.
Products are packaged securely to protect them during transit.
DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION, DELAYS TO DELIVERY CAN OCCUR.
Orders can only be cancelled until the item is dispatched. Although we try to get orders out as soon as possible, we will only process the order 24 hours after it is placed. This gives you a 24 hour cooling period before we start working on your order.
